Casa Del Sotano Hotel Oaxaca, Oaxaca

My stay at Hotel Casa del Sotano was pleasant overall. The rooms looked lovely, but I would prefer one at the back on a high floor with a balcony next time. The service was a bit inconsistent, especially during busy times, but the staff was friendly. The location was fantastic, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to key attractions. The dining experience was enjoyable, with delicious options served in a flexible time frame. The facilities were decent, though there were some minor issues.

The hotel offered clean and comfortable rooms with lovely Mexican furniture, although they were a bit small. The double doors overlooking the courtyard provided a cozy feel. The staff were very accommodating, even allowing us to create an ofrenda for Dia de los Muertos. The location was convenient for exploring the Zocalo and enjoying the Day of the Dead festivities.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly comfortable with double doors providing lovely views of the courtyard. The staff was incredibly personable, offering excellent recommendations and assistance during our entire stay. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the city center. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and the panoramic view made dining a delightful experience.

I arrived late for breakfast, but they still managed to serve me a meal, which was a nice surprise. The rooms, although a bit small in some cases, were very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with everything from giving dining recommendations to arranging transportation. The only downside was that the room temperature could get a bit chilly sometimes.
